At Better Therapeutics, our aim is to enhance the healthcare system for chronic conditions stemming from behaviors.

The Better app offers a novel approach to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) known as nutritional CBT, which works to rewire the brain facilitating long-term behavioral changes. By collecting data from user interactions and remote monitoring, the treatment can be customized to maximize effectiveness and potentially enhance clinical practices.

Under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider, the Better app is being developed as a possible intervention for type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and other cardiometabolic afflictions.

The Better app is exclusively available to individuals participating in ongoing research and development initiatives.
